Everyday Life Activities SET 3

On the one hand, Set 3 (2001-3000) is a text package, on the other hand, it is an elaboration of Set 1 and 2. It consists of sequences of photo cards with which texts or stories on various aspects of daily life can be constructed, e.g. writing a letter, shaving, taking a bath, a hospital stay, buying a video camera, playing cards, as well as more abstract topics.

The length of a text, i.e. the number of photo cards on which a text can be based can vary from three to fifteen or more photo cards. The structure of Set 3 allows for the breaking down of an activity (= macroproposition) into its component parts (= micropropositions). Semantically, the verbs constituting a text on a specific topic are highly differentiated. Thus, with the Set 3 cards vocabulary exercises or categorization of verbs based on their differential meanings are also possible.
